Processing time
The average order processing time is 2-5 business days.  Shipping time usually takes up to 3 business days as well, since we utilize USPS priority mail as our shipping service of choice. The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and starts at $4.50, but ultimately depends on the final destination of your package. 


Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Heritage Apothecary is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery for inquiries on returns and exchanges. If a return is approved, ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original, unused condition, and thebuyer is responsible for any loss in value.
