Crystal is cracked

I bought this a month ago for a gift and just received it so I was definitely disappointed to see that the quartz crystal had already indentations and small cracks. I was also hoping to receive a little manual of some sort to know how to use it properly but it didn’t came with one. Although, the crystal still look beautiful and I hope its properties will still help the person receiving this as a gift :)
